Walk through a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and you will see walls of monitors, rows of isolettes, ventilators, IV pumps and feeding tubes. There are a myriad of medical staff including physicians, nurses, social workers, respiratory therapist and others. Inside the isolettes are the tiniest of human beings.
