CMSA Standards of Professional Case Management Practice
The Standards of Professional Case Management Practice Program offers a comprehensive review of CMSA’s 2022 Standards of Practice for Case Management. This online course introduces or reinforces the guiding principles for the practice, whether new to the industry or in need of eliminating gaps in understanding and concepts within organizational staff.
