Fall Celebration for the Spokane chapter to celebrate Case Management Week was held virtually on Wednesday, October 21 from 5:30-7:30.

MID-ATLANTIC CHAPTER
The Mid-Atlantic board of directors wished all its members and chapter affiliates a “Happy Case Management Week, 2020.” Again, this year we planned many fun activities as part of the celebration. We requested case management proclamations from the governors of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. On October 13, we held the second of our Regional Webinar Series along with our sister chapters from Central NJ; NYC; LI; Hudson Valley & the Capital Region. This included a 2-hour panel discussion entitled, “COVID-19: How Did we Cope?” with Laura Ostrowsky, as lead.
Additionally, the chapter published our quarterly newsletter, which included a piece on Case Management Week, incorporating National CMSA’s theme, “Case Managers Can.” We had a second opportunity to recognize the event, on 10/22 at our virtual chapter meeting. Cheri Lattimer of NTOCC presented on “Transitions of Care: The Impact of COVID-19 with a focus on CHF; COPD & Diabetes.” Finally, we conducted our 2020-2022 Board of Directors Installation Ceremony.

CASE MANAGEMENT SOCIETY OF NEW ENGLAND
Case Management Society of New England’s annual “Building Strategies for Success” conference was cancelled the night before the event, due to the governor of Massachusetts shutting down the state. We are also unable to hold our Annual Conference in the fall, as we normally would, due to the pandemic. So, our two conference committees worked tirelessly to utilize the speakers who were scheduled for the spring event, and they presented their talks virtually throughout the month of October in celebration of Case Management MONTH! Registration was available to all, and there were 5.25 CEs including ethics. www.cmsne.org.
CHICAGO CHAPTER
Colleen Morley, DNP, RN, CCM, CMAC, CMCN, ACM-RN, president 2019-21, CMSA Chicago, shared that CMSA Chicago hosted two events for Case Management Week. The first was our monthly CE presentation on Tuesday, 10/13/20. The topic was “Prosthetic Interventions for the Individual with Partial Hand Loss,” presented by Hangar Orthotics. The second event was Virtual BINGO on Thursday, 10/15/20: prizes, giveaways and connecting! Both events were FREE to all members of CMSA. You can register at www.cmsa-chicago.org.
SOUTH FLORIDA CASE MANAGEMENT NETWORK
Anne Llewellyn, MS, BHSA, RN-BC, CCM, CRRN, president of the South Florida Case Management Network, shared that the board mailed gifts to members in celebration of Case Management Week. We also held a Zoom virtual Vendor Show on October 14th. Vendors recognized case managers with giveaways and testimonials to the work they do for the people of South Florida.
